You are able to buy so called "Combined ticket" in the Castle, so than you can visit the mosque and the castle as well. Who is visiting for religious reasons, can take a shower nearby, in the "Művelődési Ház, Kultúr Ház" House of Culture.

Quite small...but pretty
ספט׳ 2019
The Mosque of Malkoch Bej was built during the Ottoman occupation between 1543-1565 by the leader of the same name. It is a small building but it is very nice. The Hungarian Government did a fantastic job with its reconstruction. It is worth visiting. a comfortable walk from the castle since from there you will go downhill.

Worth a look.

Only a small mosque but well worth a look. We were lucky and got a guided tour. The mosque is still in use by a few Bosnians living locally

After the castle visit also this mosque. It is very uniqe and cheap. You can find with a less than 10 min walk from the fortress. It is renovated and beautiful

Very well preserved

This mosque is from the ottoman heritage while they were in Hungary, the building is very preserved, and you can still see the old Arabic writings on some of the walls.

Little but lovely

One of the several mosques and other monuments from the period of Ottoman occupation, and one of the best. It has been beautifully restored and even has floor heating. The elderly guide is extremely knowledgeable and kindly, and it's worth combining the mosque with the orthodox church across the way. Also to go to Pécs and visit both mosques there, especially the "little mosque", now a museum, the only one in Hungary to sport a minaret and one that operates, mainly for students attending the medical faculty of the university. As a mumseum it is quite interesting but incomplete, and for my money, if you can only visit one, then visit the Siklos one.

Köszönöm előre is a választ! Üdvözlettel: Kismirci
