‪Walking through the castle especially climbing to the top worth it. View spectacular. Curator and his dog greeted us at the entrance and was fluent in English. A must see ‬

‪A lot of effoert has gone into the restoration but it is so under used. The opening times can be a bit "Italian" some times you get lucky and it worth it when you do. There is an interesting display on the history of Casoli during the sencond world war. ‬

‪When we visited Casoli for the market day, we decided to visit Castello Ducale di Casoli. Unfortunately when we visited it was closed so we could not go inside but it looked nice from the outside. Fortunately there were lots of feral cats outside in the upper piazza which my cat whispering wife and daughter could entertain themselves with and managed to pet for quite some time‬
