This mountain is less famous than Latemar or Rosengarten but offers a wonderful view on them.
With my family we took a hike at 5am from the Oclini Pass; in less than one hour you are at the Corno peak, just under the big cross, and you can enjoy an amazing dawn with a 360° view.
Worth a try, the ascent is a bit steep but doable for average hikers

The Corno Bianco, while rising up to 2316 meters above sea level, represents a hiking experience within everyone’s reach, thanks to the fact that – in reality – the difference in altitude from Passo Oclini (starting point) is only 330 meters: in order for this experience to be as enjoyable as possible, however, it is necessary to say a few things.
TIMES...reading on the web, or asking those who have already made the hike, the estimated time needed to reach the summit varies between 45 and 60 minutes: my Recommendation is to take more time (at least 1 hour and a half) because all the travel times scrupulously reported on the signs that mark the routes, are measured on those who have an excellent pace and are used to walking at these altitudes.
ROUTE...provided that the altitude can be reached by anyone with, at least, an elementary school age and that the route is divided into three distinct stretches – the grassy meadow, the stretch with Mughi pines and the rocky stretch – the secret to climb without too much effort is to keep a very very slow pace in the first grassy stretch (which is the most challenging), take a 15-minute break at the beginning of the small Mughi pine forest to oxygenate well and enjoy the view – as well as the surrounding nature – and budget another break of about a quarter of an hour before tackling the rock face (which is the shortest, the most challenging and the only one that presents help to climb safely).
THE PEAK...finally on the summit, enjoy the well-deserved Award for fatigue with a 360-degree view of the surrounding peaks: priceless view of the Bletterbach canyon that I reviewed last year...beautiful and unique.
The summit of Corno Bianco is neither the place to have a packed lunch, nor where to bivouac for hours: take a breath, enjoy the view, take all the photos you want and then start to descend to the valley giving way to those who are coming, giving a sign of civilization and education.
