These guys are the best agency I have ever met. Our first meeting was in June 2018 and after that we chose only them. They helped us with car renting, private tours and transfers, yacht tours and many others. If u want to explore the island in the best way - U should definitely rich out them.

We had a perfect experience! Everything was great in our trip to Samaria. Tatjana was very helpful, provided a lot of good advices so that our experience would be perfect. Definetly recommend to everyone staying in Crete!

The best time in Crete! Tati helped to find every object we wanted to see! Recommended the best taverns, helped to find a place to rent a car with the best price! Organized the excursion to Samaria, which was briliant! Told us everything about Crete and answered all our questions. Thank Youu!!

I am very happy that we visited the office of this company. Tatiana who speaks my language helped us a lot. We had some worries with car rental at other company but Tatiana cleared everything up. Also we booked a trip to Koufonisi island. Everything was explained so well that we had no other questions. Wish we had visited them at the beginning of our trip.

We've booked a small group tour at "Ivan Susanin" agency to "Imbros Gorge". In fact our family was the only participants of that amazing adventure, Driver/guide Andrei was a great person. He took us to the gorge as fast as possible. During the driving in the car he provided us a lot of interesting information about Crete. I've asked all the questions that I had collected during our visit and received detailed answers. The gorge itself was very nice, however our 9 and 12 year old kids were pretty tired. No problem for adults. I would probably not recommend it for younger kids. A lot of perfect pictures were made during this walk! After we had finished gorge, we had a nice lunch in the restaurant (taverna) recommended by guide. That was very tasty. The road back to hotel was amazing as we've used non-standard mountain road with great (a bit dangerous) views and made several stops for making photos. We returned to hotel very quickly so that tour was good spending of our time, We didn't collect people from other hotels, didn't drive slowly. Would recommend that agency to other travelers. I'm sure they can propose something individual and matching your desires/dreams!

With the travel agency "Ivan Susanin" we cooperate since 2017. Thank you very much to Ivan Susanin, all his employees. All clear and comfortable as ever. And homely and warm. We were on a field trip with Alexander five years ago. And they secretly hoped that Sasha would be the guide, so when they saw him, they were very happy. His attention, caring, erudition, fascinating vivid stories have captivated us again. Thank you, we look forward to more meetings!

We were with a mini group on an excursion to Picturesque Western Crete. Our guide's name is Elena. It was very very interesting!!! Meladoni Cave is simply amazing. The village of Margarita is cute and cozy. The lake is beautiful. Lunch is super tasty. Elena recommended lamb grilled over an open fire, as has been done in Crete since ancient times. Remimno is a very interesting city. It's a pity there wasn't enough time. You need to go there for the whole day. Elena told a lot about the history of Crete. Even about places we haven't visited. Thank you very much to Elena and Ivan Susanin! We are from Belarus, but unfortunately TripAdvisor. Ru does not have such a country((((
