‪I went into Hadfields to have a pin replaced in my watch. I have been three times to Simmonds down the road, where twice it has fallen out after being replaced and on the third occasion they lost the number 2 from the '12' on my watch. On entering Hadfields the lady that greeted me was fantastic - we chatted retail, while she put the stores Christmas decorations up while I was awaiting for someone on the phone to finish and see to my watch. Dave then kindly came and had a look. He didn't have the correct pin, as I know my watch takes an unusual one, but managed to rivet one in within a few minutes. My watch is on it's last legs and he noticed on returning the watch back to me another problem that he duly fixed for me within a few more minutes. Dave took great care and effort that I wasn't expecting in getting my watch fixed and left me feeling extremely happy and I felt I came away with more than what I went it in for. He told me to come back any time. The manner in which he and Allie served me was first class and it's rare to see. I highly recommend anyone that wants care, attention and a first class service to go to Hadfields. I now have a wearable Breil watch again, thank you! ‬
