Great production. A lot of money and effort place into the special effects creating a engrossing experience. Actors were extremely talented and ensured a thrilling, comedic and powerful performance. Some diversity, but lack of women and BAME actors. Tickets at EE were good value, although some sight restriction it was not over-restrictive.

It was my first experience at The Globe and it was incredible. I wonder why I haven't written this review before, but anyway I think they quit playing it soon after we attended the show. We had the fortune to see Colin Morgan (stars in Merlin) who is a truly great actor in person and on
TV. Would recommend if the show was still playing;)
As for the price if anyone's interested: we paid around 15 pounds for the middle gallery, little to the left but we booked three or more months ahead. it was said to be very restricted view but it was actually okay

We have never been to a truly professional Shakespeare production, having only gone to the public park with a picnic variety. (which is great, too!!) This was truly an experience. The venue (the Shakespeare Globe) feels very authentic, and the quality of the acting is superb. The "special effects" so to speak, were very good. Get your tickets early; I bought ours six weeks ago and we still were sitting on the top row. Other people stood for the entire three hours.
