Bring back the old Scoopies

Brought the kids in for an ice-cream, got four baby cones and two small tubs. Ice-cream was quite soft and was told it was the type of it. We didn't get to the mall (driving) and kids ice-cream were melted all over the place as where the two tubs which I paid over £12 for. Asked if there was a mistake and was told no... won't be back.
