‪One of the most beautiful and characteristic streets in Madrid‬
יולי 2020
‪Calle de Alcala is undoubtedly the most important in Madrid. A very long street of Madrid, thoroughfare that runs through the Spanish capital. Its start is in Puerta del Sol and its route runs halfway through the city, passing through Cibeles and Palacio de Comunicaciones, Puerta de Alcala, El Retiro Park, Las Ventas Bullring Arena, Quinta de los Molinos Park, Torre Arias and arrives almost to Barajas airport.‬

‪I think this is the most beautiful street in Madrid. Here are many government buildings, a large fountain, as well as the Metropolis building. Very nice for a walk.‬

‪From Alcala arch or gate you can walk
This street is mainly government buildings
In metropolis building they change and split in Alcala and gran via
Both are cute
Alcala takes you directly to puerta del sol ‬

‪Main Boulevard Crossing the City‬
ספט׳ 2019
‪Starting in the Centre of Madrid, this major street crosses the city towards North-East, all the way almost to the airport. Its downtown segment, however, is memorable dur to the beautiful, majestic buildings on both sides, as well as the large traffic circles in its way, most of them marked by fountains, statues, and proudly maintained landscaped flowers.‬

‪Stretching 10.5 kilometres Calle De Alcala ,a street that is jawdroppingly beautiful, the architecture down this famous street is awesome.
The architecture here is an itinerary of some of the most notable buildings in Madrid such as Teatro Alazar,Teatro Apolo ,Banco De Espana,Casino De Madrid,Metropolis, Iglesia De San Jose, La Cruz De Malta,Palacio De Bona Vista,Plaza De Cibeles,Puerta De Alcala and many many more amazing structures, the street is also famous for some of its high end retail outlets and theres plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants tucked away in the pretty plaza's just off Calle De Alcala.
Well worth checking out if your planning a holiday to Madrid. ‬

‪We walked along Calle de Alcala a few times as we went to various sights. It's a very long street, in fact one of the longest in Madrid. This is a street that can take you to many different sights and a central spot would be Retiro Park. There are numerous landmarks along the way and there is never a dull moment. And there is some really beautiful architecture as well. You will keep looking around so you won't miss anything.‬

‪Very long and wide avenue.
If you walk from Puerta del sol up to Retiro park you'll go past some spectacular plazas and buildings.
One of the streets that gives Madrid it's grandeur.‬

‪A nice promenade in town‬

‪You have to watch the Puerta from various angles, particularly in clear days or at night, but pay attention to the shops on the sides. There are good restaurants, auction places and bars.‬

‪It’s one long street ‬
ינו׳ 2019
‪Calle de Alcalá stretches out over 10 kilometres, I probably walked about 3 kilometres of it, either side is great with old beautiful buildings for parks.

Clearly the traffic plays a big part of the Calle de Alcalá it’s busy loud and takes away the feel of the area.

The arch in front of Retiro Park is stunning particularly at night time with it lit up.

If walking the streets of Madrid you will come across this street.‬
