It’s hard to say how much we enjoyed this experience, this hotel/working farm is family owned and run and are just beautiful gracious warm people. The setting was beautiful, the chef while he didn’t speak English was engaging and fun. I can’t speak more highly of this experience this is an A++!!!!!

What an amazing time. We were transported to the farmhouse with another couple. The customer service and communication was top notch. The farmhouse was beautiful. We had a light lunch and began picking our vegetables. Even though the chef spoke only Italian, they were able to translate what he said in English for us so we could follow the directions. The food turned out amazing and we were so full! This experience was 10/10 and would highly recommend it.

Something worth doing - picking fresh garden produce for cooking with - beautiful setting in the mountains overlooking the town - lovely family farm and the cooking was awesome - would definitely do it again - good fun

The half day cooking class was everything we could have hoped for and more! The location was stunning and the class was very interactive and inviting. We couldn’t recommend this excursion enough and hope to come back someday!

I came to Sorrento with three of my friends. We booked the Half Day Amalfi Coast cooking class. It was amazing. The villa was beautiful, the family was very welcoming and the chef was amazing!! I would definitely do it again on my next visit!! Loved the food, the garden and the people!!

My husband and I took this class on our honeymoon and we loved every minute of the experience. We were given a tour of the farm at Agriturismo Antico Casale and we then got great, personal attention while making gnocchi, a citrus salad, a dessert, and the best pork dish that I have ever eaten!
The reason for the 4-star rating has more to do with Trip Advisor's misleading directions under "What to Expect". All of the information made it seem like we would be driven to the center square of Sorrento, so we were expecting a 10 minute car ride. Instead, the drive was about 25 minutes, into the mountains of Sorrento. The ride was great, but the mystery of where we were going was a bit unsettling. We also did not know, based off our booking confirmation, where the restaurant was (it was different from what the Trip Advisor site offered). So we were worried that we were in the wrong cab/being taken somewhere shady. It all turned out wonderfully and I loved the experience, but the driving information is definitely misleading.

Me and my wife been doing this course tour was just amazing..
We did many different trip like this but here you can feel the real professionality,
The Chef working in different michelin star restaurant and we learn very much things.
I high recommend this trip .
We take the 7 day cooking vacation 3 days are for cooking class and the rest for traveling the fantastic Amalfi Coast . from the arrival to departure is all organized from them.
Some my friends join us in one of the cooking class (one day cooking option) and they are very happy too..
In the 3 days of cooking we meet a fantastic people and we really enjoy the cooking.
The Chef is available to any request and we did all the menu all together.
Thank's to Chef Salvatore and all the staff..
We did many different trip like this but here you can feel the real professionality,

Me and my Husband last week had one of the best experience of cooking class..
We been to the Villa at 9:30. The Villa is incredibile so luxurious and in the heart of Sorrento near Tasso Squere, the view on the Sorrento Coast amazing..
On a spectacular Terace we started the day with a wonderful breakfast Cappuccino ,croissants,little pastrys,juices etc.etc
The Chef came and start to explain to us the menu of the day.
We did all preparation of the food like a professional chefs then in the end we cooked a dish by dish..
After all together had a lunch on the tarrace overlooking the sea..
We did many cooking courses in our life but this one been one of the best.
Thank's for all to Chef Salvatore and all the staff.
We will come back next year.

What a gorgeous week in Sorrento organised by Chef Giuseppe of Italian Chef Consulting. It was a spur of the moment decision to go to Italy made almost impossible by the fact that it was high season and very busy. Chef Giuseppe went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me and managed to find a lovely place to stay. I chose a combination Holiday filled with 3 days of cooking and quite a few excursions in and around the Amalfi Coast. The cooking classes were held in a Exclusive Villa in the heart of Sorrento overlooking the sea. The views were spectacular... the setting magical. All of the produce we cooked with was fresh and organic. We learned how to prepare and cook something new everyday... pasta, fish, pastry... and more importantly enjoyed an exquisite lunch with wine at the end of each session. It is a small, intimate class which I enjoyed as it was more hands-on. The whole tour was incredibly well organised. Drivers were always on time. Everyone couldn't have been more hospitable. The Amalfi Coast is spectacular!! All in all, I am so pleased to have been able to experience Italy at its best with simply divine food and the company of the charming Chefs! Highly recommend!

Chefs Giuseppe and Salvatore provided excellent cooking lessons and holiday experiences in Italy for our family of 4. The lessons were hands on and practical, providing excellent local recipes. The 1 week holiday provided a wonderful insight and immersion into Italian life Style..It was an experience we will remember fondly for many years.
