‪The park/garden makes a pleasant stroll if you're in the area but is nothing special. However, the ceramic museum in the villa is brilliant - not just ceramics but metal work, Venetian glass, stunning marquetry, ivory & pieces in laid with mother of pearl. I was disappointed that the upper floor was closed for renovation when I was there but delighted to discover that the lower floor contains the largest collection of Oriental ceramics etc in Italy. There is a cafe & bar at the back of the villa with great views down the steps to a pond full of turtles and the view of the sea! ‬

‪Oxygen laden precinct offers magnificent views over the city. It was a summer residence and now houses the ceramic museum. Loved the pleasant and unusual atmosphere of home-cum-museum. The porcelain pieces come from italy’s Most important factories and alongside is the fabulous oriental collection, certainly the best in the country‬

‪Nice peaceful place to escape from the busy city!‬

‪Although a bit run down in places this park gives locals and tourists alike a nice peaceful place to sit and relax away from the traffic noise and hustle and bustle of the city. There is a wonderful view of Naples Bay just past a terrapin pool (these were quite entertaining to watch competing to climb onto wooden floats). There are numerous park dwelling cats who may join you on or under a bench to sleep in the shade. ‬

‪Beautiful collection of ceramics and nice views of Naples‬

‪I would recommend everyone who likes ceramics to visit this museum in Vomero district, they have beautiful collection. Maybe the park itself is not spectacular, but there are beautiful views of Naples from terrace and it is good place to take a break from crowds of old town.‬

‪Could be grand, really grand‬

‪What a location. The park is in a sad state of repair though. Much of it is closed off to the public and what there is needs serious attention. There are however fabulous views down to Naples and out to Capri and Vesuvius. The ceramics collection appears small but well curated. If your up in Vomero check out the views. This venue could be fabulous. Luckily it won’t cost you big money for the privilege. ‬

‪The gardens are well in need of attention - lots of attention!
Grounds are messy and it felt sad to see cats being fed with rubbish around.
Not sure if all the fences mean it’s about to happen or has been for some time. By the previous comments, most are from some time ago.
Museum was closed so couldn’t get to see displays which sound and look good - pity.

‪Nice park to go with kids‬

‪View of city is spectacular. We took several photos. There are turtles and cats that can be fed with suitable food. The cat colony is protected. I saw cats being fed and a woman holding and petting one of them.‬

‪I was expecting a neatly laid out ornamental type of park after all the grandeur of the city.
This was a wood with paths, a whole section of which were blocked, hence unable to go to the museum I wanted to go to.
On the bright side I did discover a Funicular that wasn't on my map! ‬
