We went with our 2 and a half year old, he had a great time, he was able to ride a lot of the rides but some he was too little for. As we went during the week, we paid off peak prices, for what is there, we found this to be expensive, yes we were able to go on the rides multiple times, there is only so many times you want to go on the same rides. The pizza restaurant was shut but there is a cafe in the soft play. The soft play area whilst it’s big, it was filthy, we lifted up a mat and there was sweet wrappers, sand and dirt under it, as there was no one else in the soft play, this wasn’t from that day.
All in all it was a good day just not worth the amount charged to get in and wouldn’t overly rush to go back

We visited as a family of 3 consisting of 2 adults and a 5 year old. Entry was £60. Given some reviews u had read about the park being dated I was abit iffy on whether to book. It looked age appropriate for my daughter and she loved Paultons so we gave it ago.
Overall I'd say the price just about warranted the day we had. We got on all the rides atleast once with little queueing. The rides as you enter the park are really well kept. One review I read mentioned the dated mine train but I think its supposed to look like that as its wild west themed! The rides the other side of the park like the tea cups and the little caterpillar (I think it was) ride we're looking abit tierd and need a new coat of paint.
All the staff were amazing. There was so much enthusiasm from everyone and they all engaged with my daughter. Every single one made an effort to talk and had a big smile on their face. Well done to the staff!
We went in the theatre to watch the show. Not really my cup of tea however my 5 year old loved it and that's what matters! The maze was really good but quite muddy in places following the rain. Good large park area with plenty to do for all ages.
A few minor points which I want to mention is firstly the food. I regret not taking a picnic. We wanted a pizza but that restaurant was closed. So we headed to the cafe which is inside the soft play. Firstly the smell of grease, chips and deep fried food hits you when you walk in. There needs to be more healthy options on the menu. The cafe seating is right by the queue for food and exit to the shop and really dark. It wasn't enjoyable eating in there. We noticed after some seating upstairs but this puts you away from your young kids playing. Secondly some of the prices were really high. £2.75 for a bottle of coke and over £3 for a not so nice coffee. If I went again we would do a picnic. Plenty of beaches.
The end of the park with the maze just needs abit of TLC. Maybe some rose bushes infront of the house which is currently over grown? The garden areas could be made so much nicer.
The last point would be after paying £60 to get in, I was then surprised I needed to pay a further £3.50 for 1 small lap on a pony got my daughter. And then additional rides were £1. Abit cheeky when you've already paid entry.
Overall throughout the day we couldn't decide if the entrance few was to high for what we were getting but came away having a really good day and my daughter absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. You can't compare a small park like this to somewhere like Paultons which we visited the week before at £116. In comparisons for what you get and price id say it was worth the money.

Visited during May half term with a 5 year old. We read reviews and lowered expectations, knowing it wasn’t a ‘thrill seekers’ park. We arrived when it opened, we paid what we thought was quite a bit for what it was going to be, but ya know what, it was a great day out! We laughed at shooting each other with water on rubber rings. We got properly lost in the maze (it is 3rd largest in UK, and thoroughly difficult!!!) we saw a great musical show provided by Alice, The Mad Hatter & Queen of Hearts, with a guest appearance from the White Rabbit. We went on all the rides multiple times because we didn’t have to queue! We ate in the cafe at the soft play and were impressed with the portion sizes! All staff were friendly, and we would return.

Lovely day out with the Grandchildren , Staff were very helpful and the ticket price was fair for the time we spent in the park . Run by a local based family who work very hard and employ local people . Keep up the good work guys ... The kids love it ...

What a fun day out -my 4 year old loved it - certainly got our money's worth - we spent 5 hours at the park - i love the fact that you don't waste any of your day queing - the longest we waited to go on a ride was 2 minutes. The staff are all so friendly and really engage with the children. Fun theatre show ! We played crazy golf 3 times - half hour soft play and must of gone on the rides about 20 plus times - well worth the money when you think to play crazy golf can be £8 a person and a soft play the same - 5 hours well spent - and my son hasn't stopped talking about Alice since we visited .

We went for good Friday was surprised how much the tickets had gone up in price definitely not worth the money. We live locally so have been a few times before and it was ok at the cheaper price. Everything is so old and dated and with the extra money they are charging I would have thought they would update the park! Lots of things closed or broken :( £80 for a family of 4 would be ok for a top amusement park but not for here. On a positive note can’t fault the staff.

We enjoyed a day at adventure wonderland with our 5 year and 3year old. The tickets prices are based on age which is a little unfair as our smaller then average 3 year old couldn’t go on some rides, a fairer way is to base child ticket prices on height. It is looking a bit tired and in need of some t.l.c bearing in mind it is the start of the season. There are some car and tractor rides inside which you have to pay £1 for-again this is unfair as you have paid to get in, I think all rides once you are in should be included. There is nowhere inside to get change or withdraw cash either, so you will need to take some spare £1 coins. The pony rides and craft activities are also extra £ which we didn’t realise before we came. The children enjoyed the rides and every member of staff we met were incredible friendly and go the extra mile for this reason we will visit again.

We had a lovely day on Sunday visiting this park. If was the first time we had been but what a small treat. It is a quaint and modest park but this is one of the lovely things about it. Staff are very friendly, especially Quentin by the mini golf course who went above and beyond. The queues for rides were extremely minimal. Every now and then two rides had the supervision of one ride operator which was a little irritating having to wait in queue for the exchange to be made. However, this was a very minimal thing compared to how much fun we had. Loved the Alice in Wonderland characters who walked the park, the soft play was fantastic and food onsite catered to dietary requirements, too. A great day and we will surely be back!

We had a fantastic day at Adventure Wonderland on the first day of the Easter holidays. All of the rides were working and open, the staff were the most helpful, friendly bunch making us feel welcome everywhere we went. Managed to have lots of goes on all of the rides too!!! Thank you. A happy mummy and five year old.

Brilliantly organised birthday party for my 6 year old. Doug one of the staff made it to be honest - he came out the door as we arrived, was there to welcome us to the party room, had everything organised and demands for ‘more ketchup, more squash’ were all delivered with a smile. The lady at reception was ace too - as the kids got their golf clubs and had many rounds of crazy golf as it was pretty quiet. Soft play was clean and toilets immaculate. Thank you so much - we had a ball.

There’s an outdoor picnic area. Do you can take your own lunch or if you feel to spend money there’s a restaurant inside.

Why is this not an entirely smoking free attraction? People smoke with impunity around the site
phil new
Verwood, UK28 contributions
No smoking signs are now in place along with designated smoking area signs just to the right of the wild thing cafe.
The management now proactive with asking people they find smoking around the park to either extinguish their cigarettes or move to the designated area. This also includes vaping and electronic cigarettes.
Unfortunately you get disrespectful smokers who think they have the right to smoke anywhere they like even around our people's children.

This is a question to the management. having read the horrendous review's recently, what are you doing about it? I've been bought a pass for the spring summer & I'm slightly anxious about it! Should I be?

Try and get a refund! Going once is bad enough and I only paid £10 for my family of 4 as it was a Facebook offer! I’ve just posted a review from my visit today on the main page that should appear shortly.

Is there much to do for a 14month old (not quite independently walking but taking a few steps when he wants to)

Yes lots of animals to see and hold, you can also take him/her on lots of rides if your holding them, a great soft play area and a few nice outside play parks.

Once you have paid admission do you have to pay for any of the rides?

Apologies for the delay in answering your question.
As I recall we didn't pay for any rides after paying admission.
Would advise taking own drinks as prices we thought were very high for bottled water.

You would need to.get a bus . There is a regular service from the train station to the airport and the venue is walking distance from the airport (About ,10 minutes.) I seem to remember the coach station is near to the railway station.
