Great little town, be sure to visit to seaside area Albissola Marina,great restaurants and seaside park.Savona is also the origin and/or destination port for many Costa Cruises.

This is a port town and gateway to Portifno and Monte Carlo. We had booked to go to Portofino but our trip was cancelled at the last minute. We ended up spending a Sunday in the town which was mainly closed until around Midday when the odd shop started to open. Nice town but in the time we had to explore there wasn't much to see

Located nearby the cruise docks,
Inviting and very well decoeated place, perfect place for gifts and a drink oe coffe....
A lot of locally made products (food, spirits, arts and crafts, etc.) The price is reasonable considering the prroducts are good quality (not made in China) ....Owners and personnell kind and very helpfull

If you pass by this town, just visit the shop Stockhouse del Cuoio, via Guidobono: a vaste choice of italian shoes, past collections but top quality for outlet prices, discount.
