Definately stop in here or make arrangements to taste these wines. They also have olive oil. You can learn all about wine here and they are very friendly

Most, if not all, of these wonderful reviews are for the original Le Pignole operated by Gianna and Paolo. They have since moved their business to Albetonne in Vicenza. They are now operating under the name La Dolce Vigna. This business has absolutely NOTHING to do with the original owners. I find this to be very misleading and sneaky.

They have moved and changed their name! I went there looking for Paola, Gianna, Nicola, and Alice but found out that the winery along with the name was sold to new people!! Unfortunately, I was not able to communicate with the new people because they don’t speak English. If you want to find the previous owners the new winery is called LA DOLCE VIGNA and they are NOW located at Via Melia 7 Albettone in a beautiful hill with a phenomenal view.

This is a winery, but so much more! We rode horses for an hour (25 Euros per person) before setting in for our tasting. The tasting can be a short version, or the 10 wines version (25 Euros per person). And it was worth every penny! We tasted all of their wines, but the exquisite part was that they were all paired with wood fired pizzas. Novel and delicious!

They have an amazing pizza and wine pairing, need reservations. This is a family owned winery. The son who provided our tour has a great personality and knowledge of the wines and fascinating stories behind how each wine was developed. You sit on a patio that overlooks the growing grapes. They do have horses that they allow you to ride and take you through the grape field. One of the pizzas I can recommend is with pancetta, asparagus and truffle, all I can say is that you will never enjoy pizza again in America. They also make several different jellies, wine, onion, and apricot that are very flavorful. The amazing tasting ends with a Nutella pizza with dessert win. There is a dog on the property that will ride his skateboard around. Very relaxing atmosphere well worth the visit.

We went for a wine tasting that was delicious! Wines were paired with pizzas made on site in their pizza oven. Also served with cheeses and focaccia bread pairings. The property is gorgeous. We strolled through the vineyards. There is even horseback riding through the vineyards if you want to participate. That is a unique feature . The owners were the hosts. Naturally, we purchased some of our favorite wines we had tasted. Great experience. Beautiful views from the venue.

You do need reservations to visit this winery. They can accommodate small groups or large groups and offer a variety of tastings with food options. If you want pizza included, you can reserve as they make it in an old fire oven. The food was wonderful, a great variety. The wines even better and the staff was excellent at describing what you were tasting and offering suggestions for pairing.

Handmade pizza samplers with wine pairings for dinner. Different pizzas for the kiddos and dessert pizzas included. Amazing pizza and amazing wine from a family run operation, and even includes the owners brother that makes the most delicious cheese! Great way to spend an evening with family and friends, plus a great view!

Had dinner with my niece and nephew and their 3 year old son that are stationed nearby. I can see why it is a favorite place of theirs and definitely wish I could go again and again! The family owners are so kind, they speak good English and give you more then you expect. They pair wines and food and explain it all as they go. They take pride in serving food and wines grown in their own hillside. We tried several types of crispy pizza, cheeses, fresh bread with local olive oil and 8 wines in one sitting. We bought wine at the end of the evening but there was no pressure to do so. They have a beautiful location, friendly dogs and horses on property. Indoor and outdoor seating. Space for intimate date night or a celebration. Oh and the end of the meal is a sweet pizza, nutella pizza for us! Great service, food and wine! Cant say enough about the wonderful experience.

This family-run winery represents the best of Italian hospitality. The setting is on a hillside overlooking the vineyard with the city spread out below. They have a variety of wines and you can sit for their pizza/wine pairings which are served in generous portions and mouthwatering variety. I have gone with just my husband as well as with both of our small children, and it was a wonderful experience regardless. They offer horseback riding and, at harvest time, grape stomping. They also arrange special holiday events and are happy to host parties with enough notice. The wine is delicious and affordable. I returned again and again throughout my time in Italy, and the owners treated us like family from the first day we visited. I cannot recommend Le Pignole highly enough!

I have been trying to arrange a visit to Le Pignole for a wine tasting trip next July. Does it still exist and does anyone have an email I can use to contact them as their website doesn't seem to be available?
We were wishing to book the 10 wines with pizza accompaniment.
