Roman Bridge to the Past

I have a special connection to this bridge as I have come here since I was a little child, I remember before all this was turned into more of a tourist spot and it was the only bridge to cross into town from the Sierra. The memories of Goats and Cows crossing back enforth was a site. I am glad to see it being preserved for the future and for all to enjoy its old link to Roman rule of Spain. The River Alberche come down from the Sierra de Gredos cool and clean which is enjoyable to swim and take in a walk by the river under the tall Alamo trees

Navaluenga offers so much - the river runs by the town and is ideal for swimming and sunbathing - free! There are also other hidden spots far from the town, difficult to find, lovely pools of water for swimming.

Hola, me gustaría saber cuando van a tener preparadas las piscinas naturales para el público. Estuve hace una semana y todavía no tenían las presas echas.

Piscina de perros? El último trozo sucio cual apestados es el que el ayuntamiento tiene dispuesto más no habilitado para que " disfrutes con tu mascota" en un entorno natural donde hay una buena variedad de fauna, resulta que los perros y sus dueños no pueden disponer de 20 o 50 metros delimitados? Cuando hay más de 500 metros por orilla, respeto a quien no le gustan y no me gusta molestar, pero creo que tenemos derecho como cualquier contribuyente de tener espacios habilitados dignos para disfrutar de la naturaleza con nuestras mascotas

Justo al lado del rio hay 2, y 100% recomendable. En el más pequeño encargamos una paella para 7 y riquisima!!! Luego la otra terraza es mas grande y tiene barbacoa para comer. Pero repito ambos son buenos. Buen precio y calidad. Y luego hay muchos sitios por el pueblo.
