Some reviews here are not honest - the park was clean and well maintained and the staff was OK. Vichy water park is very similar to Livu water park in Latvia only smaller with exception that Vichy water park has dedicated sauna area. The dedicated sauna area was one of the most confusing as I did not see a reason to pay for it if you also have saunas for free. We went during the working day and the water park was very quiet and no ques for slides. Slides were good, but there are working hours for some of them, and that information is only in Lithuanian - so every second hour some slides were closed. That we liked very much was that the temperature inside was warm and in that regard, it was one of the best water parks. Food choice is good and includes salads, fries, pizza, and cocktails are tasty, but again some perks - you are given number, but you must go after food yourself and show number.

The absolute worst service and RUDEST staff I have ever seen. (And trust me I travelled a lot so there is with what to compare)
Place itself is good for spending some nice time but the people working there just makes you want to never go back. Rude, unprofessional, childish service - ESPECIALLY from the women working at the front desk. Never ever, even in the worst and low rated places we visited staff was this bad like here. They do not care about anything and talk to you in angry manner like you are trash or something. Really bad experience especially with girls who were working there closing the park in the evening on 26.08 - have no words but disgust towards the way they were speaking to us. Low level and really disappointed, make them take some classes to learn how to be polite before letting them work with normal civil people.
(+wanted to buy a shower gel from them, but both people who were standing at the desk didnt know how to open the glass to the stuff neither how to use a computer; started calling someone and because it took to long we said that we already dont want it, after that the girl just dropped the phone, made a dissatisfied bitchy face (like all of them) and just left, nice!!)
Waterslides were good tho

My family and I, visiting from the UK, went this water park today. The overall quality of the place was decent, but unfortunately, we encountered some incredibly rude staff. When we ordered some food, the woman behind the counter yelled at us when we simply asked for the rest of our drinks. We had ordered 7 cokes but only received one, and she had a noticeably angry and miserable expression. Additionally, the woman at the shop near the entrance accused us of stealing sweets, even though we had paid for them prior to entering the water park. Despite my attempts to explain, she called security anyway. However, when I suggested checking the security cameras and showed my payment proof on my online banking statement, she backed down.
The security guard who was responsible for letting people out started shouting for no apparent reason and displayed disgustingly rude behavior. Fortunately, a kind woman who wasn't even an employee explained the proper procedure to us. It was quite alarming to witness the staff members behaving like wild animals.
As a person of Middle Eastern background, I couldn't help but notice the constant stares and negative attention we received from others at the water park. It was shocking to see the anger in their eyes for no valid reason. It became evident to me that racism exists in this city, and I have never felt so out of place in my life. It seemed as though these people had never encountered someone of a different race before.
I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone who is against prejudice and discrimination. We had children with us who also felt the negativity from these individuals. In this day and age, with easy access to the internet, there is no excuse for not educating oneself. People of Vilnius, we are all human beings and part of God's creation. We should strive to do better than this! This place has a ‘Turkish Hammam’ too, I look Turkish and I’m from a neighbouring country, if you are going to discriminate against a race, at the least don’t use our cultural elements!

What a terrible place, waste of money. Went for 4 hours, walked out after 1.5. Attended with 3 of my friends, everything is dirty, overused. A place like this in the centrum of Vilnius. Some of the slides had plastic torn of in the middle of the ride. I would not suggest to anyone.

Absolutely terrible, disgusting and dirty.
Not safe! They also don't care when people nearly die. Still trying to get my money back. I've tried directly, but no luck, so taking that further. Its also been reported everywhere I could!

we were at weekday no on off slides where working just jacuzzi and steam rooms.I asked staff what time they should open slides He said he doesn't know and and was avoiding any questions.Waist of money and time never will come back.

Lots of fun slides. Good for the kids. They had a great time. Red slide on top is pretty intense. Glad that we went.

We went there 6 sweaty fellas after a day of fun activites and we were not disappointed. It had nice jacuzzis and steam baths with some nice waterslides!

Decided to go to Vichy after having visited Druskininkų vandens parkas with my gf. Having read a couple of reviews where people mentioned hurting themselves, bruising legs etc., we didn't really take them seriously.
We did 3 water slides in total, i.e. 3 times. First time we fell out of the raft near the end of the slide, my gf fell on her head and I bruised my elbow, blood was slowly dripping. Had to go to get first aid.
2nd slide: we both fell out of the raft at the end, my gf hurt her hand and I landed quite safely.
3rd slide: same story, both fell out.
After that we went to the sauna zone and stayed there for several hours.
Be careful. Do not run there, floor is real slippery. Also, take extreme caution when taking any waterslide.
In short: save yourself any potential trouble and go to Druskininkų vandens parkas. Spent several hours on slides alone and never fell out of rafts or got hurt! Also, sauna zone in Druskininki is far far better.
