I had a wonderful 10 days trip covering South, Central and North Vietnam. I was assigned Gina from Asia Pioneer Travel as my travel designer and she was exceptional throughout the whole planning of the trip together and during my trip where she would regularly remind me of tour/pickup times, give me insightful tips and info too.
The tours were punctual and well organized and the tour guides were knowledgeable and accommodating when I needed a photo taken considering I was a solo traveler. I had an amazing experience in beautiful Vietnam!
I highly recommend Asia Pioneer Travel and look forward to planning more trips with them

My partner and I did this tour with Mr. Duc as tour guide beginning of April 2024. A little disorganized but guides doing the best they could. We were promised a video by Mr Duc, never did get it , so very disappointed. We were told we did not need to use our own cameras, good thing I did get a few photos but never used my video. The two caves were great.. The second one, water cave, not enough equipment, paddle boards not the best.. Coming back to Vietnam, my third time love it.. Only 4 to 5 weeks Traveled North to South.. Will come back to Phong Nha with 4 of us this time, will use another recommended tour company.

However, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we believe there must be some confusion, as our company, Asia Pioneer Travel, does not have a tour guide with the name as Mr. Duc and did not operate a Quang Binh tour in April 2024. The tour you mentioned was arranged by ANOTHER travel company that uses “pioneer” in their brand name. We sincerely appreciate your comments and want to use this chance to clarify this confusion.

We enjoyed the trip despite the typhoon. Cherry was very helpful and kept us up-to-date on typhoon situation. She provided us alternate plan when we could not go to Ha Long Bay due to the closure of the cruise. Tour guide, Eric, quick to act due to the changing weather to ensure we did the outdoor activities in Ninh Binh especially the boat ride through the caves first. He added another activity, the Train Street at Hanoi with no extra cost. He is knowledgeable and kind. Ninh Binh is very scenic and surrounded by mountains and caves. We did the cooking class and really had fun and food were delicious. Vietnamese people are friendly and kind.
I highly recommending anyone to book with Asia Pioneer. Thank you Cherry for planning our trip.

Working with Annie, our travel designer/manager at Asia Pioneer Travel was an exceptional experience and all this provided a terrific experience for our first trip to Vietnam. Sure, I could have planned everything on my own but having Annie help with every little detail at every step of the way- spectacular stays, terrific food choices, experiences was an irreplaceable experience and I'm not going back to doing things on my own. She was lighting fast to our ALL our needs and made us feel special. This was truly a luxury and many thanks to her for that. Thank you Annie and Asia Pioneer!

We had a fantastic time in Vietnam. Cherry was our travel agent and she was beyond incredible. Always available and responded within minutes no matter how late it was. She made us feel comfortable and helped us plan the most incredible trip we could have ever imagined. My girlfriend and I have been saying we wish Cherry could be our travel agent for every trip we take!! Couldn’t recommend her more.

Firstly, a massive Thank you to Winston... Winston dealt with all my quirks and changes with absolute professionalism.. He completely tailored our amazing trip to Vietnam to include all our requests... Culture, History, Food, Activities, 5 star accomodation and the list went on...
What an amazing country, and the tour that Winston organised allowed us to see Vietnam in all its honesty and traditions...
We travelled from South to North over 14 days visiting Saigon/Mekong Delta/Can Tho/Hue/DaNang/HoiAn/Bana Hill/Hanoi/Lan Ha Bay/Ninh Binh...

CHLOE!!! what can I say but OUTSTANDING!! We were a group of four - husband/wife and one male and one female friend. We did a bike tour in Vietnam with Grasshopper tours just before a three week trip to Las, Thailand and Cambodia. The bike tour was all planned for us and really great but Asia Pioneer CHLOE was just a dream find. We had contacted another travel company at the same time as we did Chloe. We had all done separate research into all of the countries that we wanted to visit and were a but overwhelmed with all the logistics of travel and accommodations and tours. I submitted our proposed itinerary to =Chloe and the other tour company. The other company tried pretty hard to change our minds about a couple of places that we wanted to visit. Chloe never did. She really listened to what we wanted to do and se - a bit off the beaten path for most people - but she made it work! I would need a rating higher than 5 stars for her. She even took the time to meet us in Vietnam while we were there. Such a delight and it was so wonderful to learn about 'real life' in vietnam for she and her family. Looking for the perfect planner? One who listens to what YOU really want to do and not just the same - already done/already planned/ cookie cutter tour CHLOE with Asia Pioneer is your guide!!

I am trying to get a response from mr lam or any other staff member from Indochina Pioneer about a refund owed to my family from a trip to destinations in Vietnam that was cancelled . We were told it would be refunded to us after many months of waiting patiently for it and numerous attempts to contact mr lam with no success.Can someone please inform me what is happening? I am trying to get a response from Kata or any other staff member from Indochina Pioneer about a refund owed to my family from a trip to Hanoi & other destinations in Vietnam that was cancelled on 3/4/20. First trip to Korea - I will arrive at the Incheon airport around 8:30 pm. How long does it take from the airport to the hotel? Do I take the subway (not a Korean speaker)? Is it safe to be walking around at that time (2 adults & 3 kids)?

Unfortunately we are not operating tours in Korea so I'm afraid we cannot have a good answer to your question. I hope we can give you better information once we have a chance to provide you our service within Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Burma.
