When I visited that market I thought that it's cheaper than Saudi market but I found that its higher than it , but unfortunately the designs and models much more better than there.

Fun place to walk around. Lots of hill so be prepare in a good, comfortable shoes. You probably have to bargain to get some deal.

Hi incase you would like to buy some gold from turkey and are confused then my suggestion is to look around local places first as there they would certainly not quote you higher than the gold price as one would do at the tourist spots like the grand bazaar.
This is from my personal experience that I say that you could first explore areas near the fatih mosque .you have to reach Findikzade via the tram.Ask anyone for the mosque direction and head towards that market.you will find all possible stores from clothes,shoes,bags,home stores, and of course the gold shops too.
I was given a good deal for 22 k gold that I wanted to buy.No scope of bargaining though here! However I did not try much on that myself as I was quite assured that what was given is pure and genuine.
Strongly recommend you to visit this market even if you do not plan to buy gold!,
