‪My family had a great trip to the Holy Land thanks largely to Mazada Tours. We were there for 10 days and we explored the country on our own, without a guide, with a guide booked through the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Herzliya, and for three guided days arranged by Mazada tours. I must admit that exploring on our own as family without a guide was an excellent experience, and our guide booked via the hotel was good, the days we spend with the guide booked through Mazada were lovely and very much stress free. Our guide, Uri, was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. His vehicle was extremely clean as well as reliable and not more than a couple years old.
Nofar was our Tour Designer & Coordinator and she was very quick to respond to all our requests, itinerary changes, and questions. And there were no shortage of those - we probably traded 100 emails back and forth leading up to the trip (mostly because I am extremely detail oriented and probably a pain in the butt as a customer.)
Overall we were very happy with our experience. Visiting as a family with a private guide definitely beat visiting with a giant group on a bus. We would recommend Mazada Tours to anyone considering a trip to the Holy Land. ‬

‪Our Amazing trip to Israel and Jordan‬

‪Our 3 week trip was set up by Miriam Jauoi from Mazada Tours. Our guide Avshalom Attias was superb, he was so knowledgeable and friendly and gave us so much history of Israel. We visited so many places, Tel Aviv, Tiberius, Jerusalem, Dead Sea, Eliat, Petra, and Amman and so much more! Our guide in Jordan , Mohammed Hijazi was so kind and knowledgeable too. Our trip was totally amazing! I highly recommend Mazada Tours they will give you very high service. I am sharing this with all my friends! 10 star service😁😁😁‬

‪The walk through Israel‬

‪With my wife, we visited Israel from June 3 to June 11, 2023. What an amazing journey to the Holy Land. The Mazda Tours from the first point of contact in planning to the last point of contact returning to the US, and all communications in between were professional, courteous, caring, and guiding. The Tour guide was also a great member of their team and the transporters from and to the airport. The hotel selections are comfortable. I am planning next year and I highly recommend planning your trip through Natalia and Mazda Tours. Thank you to Natalia, Miriam, and Mazda Tours, really a spiritual journey experience.

‪First and last time using Mazada Tours.‬

‪Being in Israel several times before ,spoke several times with inbound representative about the importance of getting a superior guide. Mentioned several times that the guide makes or breaks the trip. Unfortunately the guide assigned to us was sick and was substituted by a different guide. We noticed that even trying hard he was not as experienced as the guides we had before and is English was limited. Spent the first days complaining about the guide without any resolution of the issue. Also had to call every day to male sure one of the hotel reservation was confirmed ( was not ). Several excuses given by the company but our frustration was there.
Tried to send registered letters to two different offices in Florida voicing my discontent but both letters were send back because address was not correct. I am not sure there is an office in the US or just a phone number that transfers calls to Israel‬

‪My family booked our Israeli multiple cities private tour with Mazada Tours, we worked with Nofar she was amazing, she promised and she delivered.Nofar stayed in contact with us at all times, when things got a little bumpy she was very professional about it and did her best to make it happen. Mazada booked us with a great tour guide Ronen and we appreciate that. If your looking for luxury your at the right place but you also pay for it as well.
Ask for Nofar she is the BEST.‬
