‪Do not go to this highly overrated and overpriced Club/Beachbar "Punta Cana". I have never seen such unfriendly staff in my life. The first time i went to the club because it was recommended to me. When i arrived at around 22h30 (i believe it was Saturday 22nd July 2023) I was faced with an extremely arrogant and rude receptionist who snapped at me without greeting, if I had a reservation. I politely replied that I didn't have one, but kindly asked to take a look inside the club. She emphasized in a particularly callous manner that the club only played Bulgarian music, implying that foreigners are not welcome here, but she "generously" allowed me entry. There were about 5 guests in the bar. Of course I left the club immediately, but not without asking the receptionist when something was going on here. Cheeky she said one word: "later", and then rudely turned her back to me in order to speak with another guest who obviously spoke Bulgarian. I didn’t give up and asked again about the time when people would arrive, and pointed out her very arrogant behavior. She said nothing about it. And i left. Of course I decided never to visit the club again. But already 3 days later on Tuesday July 25th, I was there again without even noticing it at first, because I was coming from the beach side instead of the promenade side. There was no staff on the beach to be seen, so I layed down on an empty gray "chezlonge" in the first row in front of the restaurant area. I waited to pay for the "chezlonge" but no one came for a while. After about 5 minutes, a young lady came up to me without greeting me. She snapped at me without greeting and hissed, without a friendly word and without a smile: "That costs 20 Lewa", I was intimidated at first because she implied that I couldn't lay down here and i was confused. I politely said "yes, no problem, but I don't need the umbrella." she snareled at me : "It does not matter". Then she rudely snapped at me: "Eat and drink?". I answered "I would like to have a Capuccino". Unusually for a so called "high priced club", she brought me the Capucino without spoon in a cheap paper cup from the machine. I had to pay 4.99 leva for it. Disappointed i said to her: "for 20 Leva i don't even get the Cappuccino in a ceramic cup? (on most other (and less expensive) beaches of Varna, they do serve the coffee in ceramic!). She said irritably :"only in the restaurant". So she eventually brought the bill and it was 24.99. She gave me back only 5 Leva, i said that there was change missing. She looked at me puzzled because she did not expect that i insisted that she had to return 1 Stotínki. I told her, that i usually always tip generously , but I don't give a dime to such an "antiservice". A couple of hours later, i left the Beach still disgruntled and I noticed that I was in the infamous Punta Cana Club. Wether the waitress of Tuesday 25 July was the same person as the receptionist of Saturday 22nd July i can't tell. But the manager should scold his incompetent staff to get their act together, because the damage caused by such horrible waiters, not understanding the basics of human interaction, affects not only the club itself but also the reputation of bulgarian hospitality !‬

‪It hurts that they have as security a person so poorly educated, big group of foreing and native people, and he broke the party. Music ok, service ok,‬
