I learnt to have a particular theme for every infrastructure and not blindly design it. This thematic approach boosted my creativity and I could see that even people notice and recollect the infrastructures more, when they are built around a particular theme.

ILD Grand is full of luxurious amenities and located at a prime location. It has never been so convenient to travel as the connectivity and accessibility of routes is comfortable for the dwellers.

ILD Arete has spacious and comfortable flats. When I visited to see the flat, I was confused about which one to buy. All were so beautiful!

Located on the Gurgaon - Sohna road , this mall is located near the Subhash chowk and is very near to the road . Food courts as well as some branded show rooms for clothes exist . People normally use it for dining as well as moderate shopping . The Choices are very limited but it is very convenient .

ILD Mall is the First Shopping Mall on the Gurgaon - Sohna road near Subhash Chowk .The Mall has several outlets for food as well as clothing . Bikaner , KFC , Vaango , etc are very popular . All the Shops are not functional and hence the footfalls to the mall is also limited . However this is one stop place for food as well as for clothes

Nice Mall for Residents at Sohna Road
The mall is located on Sohna Road which is another road known for malls after the mile mall at MG Road, Gurugram. It has some good eating places and some showrooms. It is a small mall but a nice place for those residing in properties on Sohna Road.
