‪All around excellent hotel. From entering into the lobby, quick registration, bellman who take you bags right up. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of items. If you do not require going to the beach and love to take in the city this this is a place to consider‬

‪I would not choose this place if you are considering using these services for a bachelorette party. I was 7 weeks pregnant when I participated in a friend's bachelorette party. When I told the masseuse I was pregnant, she shared that information with the manager. The manager then came into the room to say that they cannot touch me as it's a liability as the pregnancy was too early. I asked if I could get a refund or something in return, but she said there is nothing they can do. How absurd and unacceptable. Since other party members were getting massages, I did not know what to do during their massages. The manager rudely suggested I wait in the lobby. Feeling super frustrated and embarrassed by this situation, I spent the entire time crying in the bathroom, trying to compose myself. When I sent a complaint about the situation to the hotel, they responded that the manager handled everything professionally. I then found out that the manager actually told a friend (who planned the bachelorette party) that one of the girls (me) was pregnant! Not only did she make me feel like I got ripped off because my money was essentially stolen, but also, she ignored my privacy. To be frank, I am livid and appalled at the spa and customer service!‬
