Most of the pictures show the old location of the market, which was dark and difficult to move around in, with very limited space. now this market is located just across the road from the old place, in a large well lit room with many more stalls and a much better range of goods. With all the social distancing and health rules this is now a much better place where they care about your well-being

On Tuesdays at the BCP, this market is geared toward the growing expat community in Boquete. Sells lots of fresh produce (papayas, kale, carrots) and cooked / baked goods also ( cornmeal cakes, breads, chocolates, goat cheese). Sells used books in English and local artesan crafts (woven cloths, keychains, clothing). Priced more than a market for locals. A social gathering place for the gringos. Worth checking out briefly if you are in town in Tuesday. Pick up a snack here and possibly a souvenir.

I stayed in Boquete for a few days and was able to go to the Market. If you've been to other cities in S. America, it's also called a "feria" where I live. (Ecuador) I bought a bracelet and some cheese and also sauteed mushrooms, and dumplings w/ saurkraut in them. There's all kinds of alpaca blankets and indigineous articles.

It’s fine. You can get some nice cheeses, fruits/veggies and a few other custom goods. It’s nothing special if you’re accustomed to typical Latin market days. Even my little ones were underwhelmed. It’s definitely focused on the expat retirees catching up and socializing. But again if you want good baked goods and veggies and other artisan foods in Boquete it’s all in one spot.

A wide variety of food, crafts, Peruvian alpaca items and more. Bought some coffee, homemade hummus,pastries,sandwiches, chocolate, mangosteens, guacamole, and gluten free desserts.

This market was very fun. Had lots of items for sale. Lots of ethnic food items which was great! Had beautiful alpaca scarfs and blankets. Something for everyone. Nice side trip to make

This is the place where all the old leathery, US American expats come to meet and greet. As in every place they colonise around the world, they do not care for neither local language nor manners, and as everywhere, they scream out their trivial chit chat as loud as their lungs can manage.
Most of the products here can be found in the stores around town - some vegetables and other food might be easily bought here. We stayed for five minutes and left in dismay - it's good that all these people unite in one place on Tuesdays, this way they're not elsewhere.

The market has a good selection of items to choose from. It is definitely not just retirees selling things as one person said. There are Panamanians selling handmade items. There is an assortment of trinkets, souvenirs, food, medicinal items, fresh vegetables, etc. The market is definitely worth checking out on your visit to Boquete.

Went by the Tuesday Market to see what was there and was expecting a bit of a touristy feel, but there were lots of local products and services, not just gifts to bring home. In addition, since we were scouting the area for relocation, everyone was friendly and helpful with advice on local services.

The Boquete Market is the place to be on Tuesday mornings in Boquete, Panama! You can find everything from jewelry, locally grown and produced fruits & vegggies, coffee, cheeses, honey, alpaca wraps & blankets, crafts, collectors items, prepared food to enjoy immediately or frozen for later use, tickets for events, or just enjoy a friendly welcome and conversation with a new friend. If you are new to Panama, the market is the place to find all the answers to your questions. There is much, much more so if you are in the area, you do not want to miss this experience!!

The best way would be to relocate to Panama with a Friendly Nations visa. It is advisable to follow follow the laws of Panama.
