I went with my friends to the sauna, was very relaxing, also you need to wait around 10-15 minutes to buy the ticket entrance because of the line.

We paid 20 soles for a private room with our own big tiled tub with stairs and so we could set the water temperature to suit ourselves and had a space to change in, 30 minutes. There is also a swimming pool and family rooms.

Big enterprise this-quite complex and very well run. There are lots of options and permutations here – the pool, hydro, massage, Sauna, health spa, and so on-something for everyone. And at the same time the legacy of the Inkas runs through everything and has not been forgotten. A happy place - thank you and once again congratulations.

Es muy agradable tomar un rico baño termal y disfrutar de sus propiedades medicinales debido a la concentración de minerales , por ejemplo para problemas con artritis. Se puede ir solo o acompañado. Advierto no es recomendable para personas con problemas del corazón o presión alta.Puedes visitar la poza del Inca Atahualpa también y contemplar los perolitos, donde se aprecia como el agua subterránea sube a la superficie.Hay servicio de masajes también.

An important warning is that is not recommended for people with heart or high blood pressure issues.Also you can visit the Inca pool and the "pools called perolitos" where you can see how subterranean water comes from the underground to the surface! There is also a massage service.

Nothing to do here really if you don’t wanna pay for a bath which isn’t even in the thermal baths which in my opinion you can in that case go somewhere else

The grounds are okay for a short walkabout, there is a relatively nice little lake to the one side where you can take a little boat trip.
It can get very crowded and holidays there are crazy queues so you have to go very early in the morning, 6 am onwards to avoid these lines.
The hot baths facilities:
The overall feeling is that it looks a bit decrepit and facilities seem old. But if you are okay with that, the mineral water is refreshing and it is very affordable. $5 minutes is ample time as the water is pretty hot.

There are several types of thermal baths which varies in sizes, also have a public swimming pool and massages. The price is cheap compared to Japan or Taiwan, but of coz the quality is of different standard buy overall acceptable.
I paided for 6 sol for a private bath which you can use for 45 minutes, the water is hot and 45 minutes is really more than enough. I also did a massage and the staff used oil, it was quite nice.
The ONLY and GREATEST problem are FULL OF PEOPLE, which basically if you arrived there after 9.30 am you have to waited for 4 HOURS for the thermal baths and MORE for the massage.
So it is wise to go really EARLY (opens at 6am?) to avoid the crowd, and be prepared for the wait during weekends or holidays.

We have been visiting the baths for the past twenty years. This time we were met with the ugly surprise that the baths we have come to love have been raised to put in a big lumbering building which is no open yet. We couldn’t even walk around the hot springs. A case of fixing something that wasn’t broken.

Don't waste your time, the facilities are beyond disappointing.

I came to in a baths hoping to relax. I was clear that it was busier than usual due to a holiday. And was ready to wait. When purchasing my ticket, I got one for a thermal imperial bath and a massage. I was told that I would wait 30 minutes. 2.5 hours later I was still waiting. I requested to have the massage service first while waiting and was told no. Finally after 2.5 hours, I was able to attend the baths. They were dirty, but enjoyable enough. Until being rushed out after 20 minutes. I then went to get my massage and was not greeted by anyone. Another customer explained to me that she had been waiting one hour already. I requested to speak to a manager who arrived 10 minutes later, only to explain that I could now have the service I had paid for and they would push me ahead of others who had been patiently waiting. 3.5 hours later. I left. Do not go!!! Do not give this place your money. Not worth your time.

Emma answered correctly. I soaked 4 over 3 hrs in the pools. Don't forget sunscreen! Ur at a higher altitude n closer 2 the sun! I wish the water was warmer, but still very relaxing.
