PROS
* It’s a mall.
* It’s somewhat big with two levels.
* It’s bright and shiny- glitzy
* There are plenty of interesting quality places to shop and people go there to shop and buy.
* There is a food court as well as food places scattered around the walking areas- people go there to eat. They don’t go there to be eaten.
* There is a huge parking garage underneath- the main advantage- and this is huge- is the red and green lights over the parking spaces that indicate vacant or occupied. That made it easier to find a place to park (there are also blue lights for vacant handicapped spots- “brilliant”)
* There are also offices of companies and doctors and lawyers there.
* There’s also a supermarket
* There is also a major exercise gym.
CONS
* It can be crowded.
* It’s busy- especially after school (junior high people primarily).
* It’s loud and can be raucous if there are a lot of those teens there
* People (especially school age children) go there to see and to be seen
* The parking lot is confusing to find the car- I always get lost, despite taking a photo after parking
"I VISITED THIS PLACE'...
... because we were in the area and hungry for "elegant" kosher food. Burgers Bar- the first in the row of food court eateries is "elegant" in kosher supervision name only: the eight or so enterprises and their food offerings there don’t seem too attractive to me. But I bought at one of them and it was OK and functional- it satisfied hunger and didn't cause an inordinate amount of heartburn. The place is cafeteria- style and inelegant. It will cost between 40-50 shekels for a meal on and with plastic and paper utensils and sitting in a row of tables with families with young crying and whiny children, and bright flashing noises and sounds from the adjacent gymboree and mini children's carousel.
And the Japanese fast food service people will offer you a trans fat greasy offering on a stick for free tasting. Beware though- if you are kosher and you try the sample, that will make you meaty and there is a milky place too.
The place is very confusing to me to find my car when leaving- and that’s despite having noted on arrival the color of the section, the column and the row numbers when I parked (when wandering and searching for my car in order to leave, I then saw posted notifications advising to record where one has parked).
ADVICES
The bottom line- hey- it's a 2 level shopping mall- a modern loud crowded and busy one. Not quite generic but not unique either. If you need to go there, you can do that.
Please look at my "helpful" (often candid) photos posted here and/or under my previous reviews from March 2022, September 2021 and January 2020

MY EXPERIENCE
“I visited this place” and discovered once again that “it’s a mall.” There are plenty of stores here, and plenty of food places. There are elevators and escalators and underground parking that is disorienting and confusing but they do have the red-occupied and green-available lighting signals over the parking spots.

It includes the most important israeli and international brands. Affordable prices and homemade food for Shabbat in Friday.

“I visited this place” this weekend. It’s the dance as it was in my January 2020 “helpful” review. If one is Israeli and needs shopping, this is a good place to go. There is also a food court and places where one can eat.

Large Mall, full of people, very busy always, nice stores, and with some good eating places, some good, others less, good parking at least free for the first 2 hours.

It’s a mall. It’s big. It’s bright. It’s crowded. It’s busy. It’s loud. It can be raucous if there are a lot of teens there (I went on a rainy Thursday evening).
People go there to shop. People go there to buy. People go there to see. People go there to be seen. People go there to eat. People don’t go there to be eaten.
There are food places scattered around the walking areas. There is a food court. The six or so enterprises and their food offerings there don’t seem too attractive to me. But I bought at one of them and was disappointed, both in price and quantity. It’s cafeteria- style and inelegant. And the Japanese fast food service people will offer you a trans fat greasy offering on a stick for free tasting. Beware though- if you are kosher and you try the sample, that will make you meaty and there is a milky place too.
It seems that it will cost between 40-50 shackles for a meal on and with plastic and paper utensils and sitting in a row of tables with families with young crying and whiny children.
There is a huge parking garage underneath- the main advantage- and this is huge- is the red and green lights over the parking spaces that indicate vacant or occupied. That made it easier to find a place to park (there are also blue lights for vacant handicapped spots- “brilliant”- both the idea, as we say in British, and the glow of the bulb). However, the place is very confusing to me to find my car when leaving- and that’s despite having noted on arrival the color of the section, the column and the row numbers when I parked (when wandering and searching for my car in order to leave, I then saw posted notifications advising to record where one has parked).
There are also offices of companies and doctors and lawyers there. There’s also a supermarket. And judging from the floor to ceiling windows above the mall, there is also a major exercise gym.
Hey- I had a reason to come here two weeks ago and when here inside the mall, I looked on TripAdvisor for nearby attractions to note, study and review for you, my fellow TripAdvisor friends (yes- I am addicted to this) and only now did I see this. At that time, the nearest locations for attractions were in Jerusalem, and no food place in the mall was listed (no place probably deserves listing, except Gregs, which I reviewed a few years ago when I had soup there - you are welcome to search my file and find and read that review).
Bottom line- it’s a mall- a modern loud crowded and busy one. Not quite generic but not unique either. If you need to go there, you can do that.
... and I would have taken and posted a dozen or more of my classic and amazing photos if I had known that there is a listing to review. Instead, all I had was a photo off my car, including my license plate.

Spent a pleasant 2hrs (free car perking) wondering around the facilities and shops. Found a lovely pair of sun glasses at Carolina Lemke.
Very enjoyable, all main retail outlets represented. Good parking.
