Waiting in anticipation

Can't believe it has been over a year since we were able to visit. Our children have loved visiting here & especially the animal handling experience. First place we have ever been that has skinny pigs. Can't wait for lockdown to lift so we we can holiday in the area again & visit this park.

Christmas visit

We visited Whitehouse farm today to see Santa and the reindeers (along with all the usual suspects that we’ve come to love!). We cannot recommend this experience enough. Given all things covid, it was incredibly well organised, the staff (even thought they must’ve been freezing) were cheery, festive and helpful. There was excellent activities and fun things to do for all ages (we took our 2yr old). We were able to get around, keep sheltered from the weather for the most part and enjoy every single bit. A massive thank you to everyone involved, after what has been a very difficult year for all, today was a huge success.

magical Xmas family day put

Very well organised festive day out.
My grandaughter loved meeting Santa, Elves, Mrs Clause, magician, the reindeer and animals. The tractor ride to the enchanted woods was magical as was finding a jingle bell for Xmas eve.
We all loved the festive experience.

Wasn't the warmest day at all but we all had a fantastic time! Wellies at the ready because it had been raining through out the night. All rules were followed.
Couldn't believe that some of the horses in the barn were 33-36 years old!
Massive thanks to Liam for letting us hold his owl! And just all the staff generally. We all had a amazing time and will be back again

Loved our Halloween Experience

Kids loved the Halloween experience...The magic show was good fun 👍 They enjoyed wheeling the barrows round the ‘pumpkin patch’ 😆 As with our last visit staff were very hands on with kids and animals... my little ones loved handling the mice... We fed the goats, sheep, ponies, horses... saw the emus and wallaby’s and enjoyed a tractor ride... Lots of handwashing stations and we hit on with a fine day to enjoy all of the outdoor play areas and jumping fun. Plenty of space to run off energy... My daughter is enamoured with birds and we found the birds of prey delightful... The eagle and frog billed bird were a rare spectacle and the bird keeper very informative... We arrived at 10.30 and didn’t leave until 3pm... so while the price tag seemed highish I certainly felt the money worthwhile.... dinner in the cafe was reasonably priced with kids lunch boxes on offer... another wonderful visit. Thank you

Great day out!

Great day out with our 20 month old son who loved it all. But even as adults we enjoyed our day. Plenty to do we stayed for 5 hours and could of stayed longer but the little one was exhausted from having such a good day.
Staff were great the girl running the animal petting was great with the animals and our son. The tractor driver was friendly and happy for us to get photos with the tractor and did an extra trip with only us and one other family as the first ride was full. But the highlight was the birds of prey. Not just the animals themselves but the lad running it. He clearly loved his job and the birds. I have never really had any interest in birds of prey but could of listened to him all day. Really knowledgable and something me or my son will remember for a long time. So thank you for a brilliant day! We will definitely be back

We had a great day. Even with the changes due to covid and the Gayle force winds 😂 the day was brilliant. So much to do and see. Great fun for all ages ( even ya adults enjoyed the park haha!)

Getting close to nature and wildlife

We took our grandson here yesterday and he loved it!
There is something for all age groups and it’s a big site so there is lots to do.
The cafe served high quality food and you could relax outside having a snack whilst the children could keep on playing on the tractors and other rides.
The staff were exceptional and our grandson was delighted to cuddle the rabbits and guinea pig and feed the goats and go on the farm tour.
The absolute standout experience was when Liam expertly introduced us to the birds of prey.
It was incredible to see a golden eagle and to learn all about the other birds in his care and to actually take part in a flight display by a sparrow hawk.
Unforgettable!
If you have never been to Whitehouse Farm get in a car and go there now!

What a great day :)

What a fantastic experience me, my daughter and my mum had. This was a lovely day out and my daughter even got to hold a mouse, rabbit, guinea pig, tarantula and snake. Holding the snake put a smile on her face for the rest of the day.
Really glad we booked this day out as it turned out well.

Just had a very enjoyable day at Whitehouse farm centre
All staff were lovely nothing was a trouble for them
The pet barn staff were excellent
the young man looking after the birds of prey was
Really nice let us see the golden eagle which was a high light of our visit
The staff in the cafe were lovely too and we enjoyed our food freshly made

is there a bus to the farm from morpeth ?

Hi Yes there is a bus from Morpeth bus station to the Farm which runs daily except Sundays. The journey is approx 20mins and leave Morpeth Bus station at 10am and hourly thereafter until 2pm and a further one at 3.45pm. It then leaves the Farm at 10.30, 11.20, 12.30, 1.20, 2.20, 16.20 and 5.30pm

Depends on the 11 year old! But we took our 11 year old grandson and he enjoyed it.

Do you have to pay for all other activities inside the farm, other than the mentioned go-kart, indoor racing cars, donut dash, go karts etc? Please advise the rates of all these activities. As the entrance charges are not cheap (almost 30 pounds), I need to quantify the amount of monies I will need to spend here.

Hi All play areas, tractor rides, animal displays and activities are included in the admission except for Donut Dash Slide (which operates at weekends & school holidays and is £1 for 4 rides) and coin operated Racing Cars (£1 per ride) . Currently up to and including Christmas Eve we have the Santa's Christmas Cracker Event. Meeting Santa, writing a letter to Santa and receiving a personalised reply is include in the admission. At weekends and daily from 17th Dec Elf School will be running (included in admission) & Mrs Claus's Bakery (£1.50 per biscuit to decorate)
