‪Thus I only have noticed its exterior. In the 12th century a small Hall church with apse and mighty tower was built. Choir, nave and stocky low defense tower (its entrance was far above ground). The Church was decorated with multicoloured frescoes and got in the course of time a rectangular choir. This Church was demolished in the 15th century and replaced by the present Gothic building, the old tower had been preserved and was included in the new building, the fact that this conglomeration of components actually do not fit together, however gives the Church its charm. Its beautiful altar stands at present in the St. Martinskirche. During excavations a Baroque cemetery was discovered, even prehistoric-looking “Hockergrab” (crouched burial) and graves from the 17th and 18th centuries, including their religious content (rosaries, cross pendants, medals) but also with artifacts which could have been of use (knife, fork, spoon, comb, glasses, Tinder, dice, coins, compass and chisel).‬
