We were here with a family of four including two kids in May’22. I’d say the villa was clean and spacious. It has all amenities you would expect from a hotel apartment barring a washing machine. There is a kitchen with utensils. The heating was adequate. There is a spacious balcony overlooking a stream and facing a forested hill. The host can speak only in Armenian and Russian but would promptly get a translator if need be. The property doesn’t offer breakfast but the adjoining property, Dilijazz does have a restaurant that offers a sumptuous breakfast for 5000 AMD which is just a handful of steps away. Location wise, this is far away from the Dilijan town but about a five minute ride to the Haghartsin monastery. The only think that was missing was a fire place.
The little houses were very clean and nice. The view was very beautiful and it seemed like all the houses has a nice balcony. The only little shortcoming for us was that the guest house is a little far from Dilijan city. But GG taxi works there too so you can download the app for a cheap ride. It is also close to Haghartsin monastery for a short hike. We will be back!
Villas are perfect fo families or friends since there are 3 rooms. You can hike on the road up the hill to Monastery which is an easy and comfortable hike- if not you can drive there by car. Villa is new and with quite equipped kitchen and with comfortable beds
Very cozy place. It is new opened and everything was clean and comfortable. We had a big balcony with beautiful view on a mountain, river and forest. In the morning we listened birds songs. It was amazing!!! One of the pluses was that there was a possibility to order bio eggs and smth like a sour cream called rejan which were very tasty and perfect for a breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks them very much for good holidays. The hotel is very next to Haghardzin monastery (6-7 km) It is not a minus, but we order villa for 7 persons but we were 6 and i think it was a optimal quantity as the 7th person should sleep in a very small sofa which is okay for child. Also hotel has very small garden and no place for walking around. However the staff told us that there will be an garden in the other side of the river and there is now a construction.…
