Problem från start! Fick vänta länge på incheckningsuppgifter. Fick veta att AC inte fungerade och skulle bytas ut, vi fick sitta inne och vänta några timmar trots att vi ville gå ut. Upptäckte att kylskåpet inte fungerade, men vi fick lov att vänta ett helt dygn på att få ett nytt. Soffan var inte en bäddsoffa som de påstod, utan en vanlig soffa och sonen fick inte några sängkläder alls. Vattnet rann ner på golvet när man tvättade händerna i handfatet.
Hade kontakt via whatsapp men allt de gjorde var att ursäkta sig, men de förstod inte varför jag inte var nöjd???

The worst service ever!! I had my family in the hotel it had live wires hanging out of the wall it had holes in the wall that have insects coming out of it and it smelt of damp! I would never recommend this place to any one,, I tried to cancel the booking but as they already taken the money they kept giving me excuses I have added some pictures of some of the problems. The customer service team was no help and I have been forced to stay here as they said they will not refund me and I wasn’t juts gona let them take my money and not stay there money does not grow on trees!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

This apartment is quite new and, although the kitchen is tiny, it has everything you need but you will need to provide your own dish and clothes washing powder and dish cloths. Osman is the very best!
