Mohammed and his team were very helpful and caring. The location of the hotel is near the beach and in area. You have access to Lumley Beach offering a lot of restaurants and bars. You can easily wave down a moped taxi to drive you around. The neighborhood is also safe. Can recommend the hotel.

Disappointed given the amount I paid but I may have reduced service as did not quite fit the 'expat' profile. That was evident from.my first interaction with manager; I am local, not a prostitute and just wanted to have some me time for days.
Firstly I drove there, asked for a single room and was told there was no availability. That was a blatant lie and I easily got a room on booking.com. On arriving a couple couple days later I quickly regretted it.
A young man (the manager, I was later informed but he guards) walked me to my apartment on the 3rd floor. At no point was I offered a hand with my cases. As you can see from pics, the place has potential buy was filthy and is poorly maintained.
There was a dead cockroach on the bedroom floor; balcony had no seating and was plastered in bird poo; no toilet roll or hot water in bathroom and the kitchen was dirty and so not used. There is a huge dining table and chairs on the ground floor. I had two plates and a set of cutlery on my room with a kettle.
Unable to switch on TV.
Bed was comfy;big space, well located if you are in a group but there are netter places to stay on the same road like Hotel de la Joie(near Pearl), Pearl or even Roy's.
