We booked a room through booking in this place, which turned out to be among the worst experiences ever. The place is under construction, or, more probably, they left like it is, abandoned, few years ago. It is almost impossible to recognize where the entrance is, since it is no written Hotel anywhere and the entrance hall is plenty of working stuff. The people working at the reception is unpolite and the guy tried to ask 150 shekel more than the price we had booked on Booking: he just stopped when we said we were going to call the Police. Rooms are dirty, no towels, smell horribly: we slept with our clothes on. Don't give money to this people, it is not right.

Leider habe ich Die Bewertung von Ben im November erst jetzt gelesen... nachdem ich auch darauf reingefallen bin... Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert oder zumindest upgedatet... allerdings im Laufenden Betrieb und ohne Hinweis oder Ankündigung bei der Buchung. Hotel ist auch so im schlechten Zustand. An Hygiene und Sauberkeit fehlt es überall. Die Zimmer werden nach einem Gastwechsel nicht gereinigt... man wohnt im Dreck des Vorgängers.Vorsicht! Hotelangestellte verlangen sofort vor Zimmerbesichtigung das Geld in bar und geben keine Bestätigung für den Erhalt. Ist eine Masche, die mir nicht alleine passiert ist...

This place is beyond bad. Expect staff screaming at each others, at customers, and eventually at you, when your turn comes. Rooms are dirty, sheets are not fresh (not even close to that), dust probably dating from the six day war is everywhere. A nice touch of style is that, is you are lucky enough, the only person not speaking English in the whole Tel Aviv will be at the front desk sometimes during your stay. But you know what? When we left the place this morning an incredible feeling of euphoria kicked in, I did not feel that happy since the day I finished my one year long military service more than 20 years ago.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! If you book, you will regret it, like alle the other guests we talked to. The hotel is one big construction site, the photos are VERY misleading, maybe 1 room looks like this, the rest are incredible dirty, and not at all finished. We booked a room for 2 nights as we arrived very Early in the morning, to make sure we had a room. It was however not ready. After getting offered 2 rooms that both were inhabitable and dirty, we got offered a third one that was somewhat okay. It was very dirty so they "cleaned" it for us. There was however still ruble and glass splinters on the floor. So we had to clean the room out selves. The staff were incompetent, and not at all helpful. "This is a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel" they said as en excuse. I have stayed at 1 star hotels in Asia that were cleaner than this. I have never made a review of a hotel online before, but I had to make one this time. Do not book this place. You'll regret it. …

הגענו למלון לאחר שהזמנו דרך בוקינג, בקבלה הבחור הביא לנו את המפתח לחדר- החדר היה: מסריח משתן!, אתר בנייה שהוא בעצם מלון! לא עודכנו על כך ולא ידענו. בקבלה נאמר שיחזירו את הכסף עד שהגיע בעלי המלון והתנהג בצורה מזעזעת שלא מכבדת אף אחד, אמר לנו שאנחנו מוזמנים להסתלק, אם לא טוב לנו, לחבר שלי אמר ״מה חברה שלך מפונקת, לא לרמה שלה״ לאחר שחבר שלי אמר לו בעצמו שהוא מזועזע, אין לי איך לתאר אני פשוט לא ממליצה להתקרב לשם, אפילו לא ללילה - המצעים מסריחים, ריח כבד של עובש והמזגן לא עובד. מצאנו מלון אחר- במיקום יותר טוב באותו המחיר, וגם אם זה להוסיף מעט, עדיף לכם! הלוואי שהיה לי תמונות להראות לכם, אבל לצערי איימו עלי שאסור לצלם ונהדפתי מהחדר שלי. תעשו לעצמכם טובה ואל תתקרבו.
