Okay it was worst hotel experience and worst customer service we had in years. The front desk person is not wearing mask in covid time. Front desk person had hard time finding our reservation. Room.smeller terrible and was not properly cleaned .
Manager is poor on speaking english. manager Stink smells like tabacco or some bad cooked food smell from him. Staff are helpless to stand at desk. Property is older and getting outdated. Some upgrades are trying to done but when you look it seems chicken work.
I wish I can go lower than zero. Zero means zero this place is complete zero. Not worth staying here. It's complicated unsafe . Smallest and unsafe property in town.on name of management I see one guy working all day . He is manager front desk house keeper all in one package
This place has new paint on walls and new cheap flooring. Thats it, customer service is not good at all. People are learner of everything at my money . How to talk to customer what to offer what not to talk with customer. They talk like they are best manager of owner when they can't speak proper which one can understand in usa
L I stayed here long back and this time it seems they have painted rooms and asking more price compare to other compititors. Internet is slowest I have ever came across in last few years. On name of remodeling it's just seems new paint on walls and maybe new top on beds.
