Rundown, outdated, check in not polite, service like I imagine would be in a prison, food worst than the any school canteen. There is no place to seat for a coffee, we had to stay waiting for a long time for plates before we eat the cold food. I can’t say how is the bed yet but as far as my experience in the first 6 hrs. Please don’t book

Viajamos con mi hija. Si bien era invierno pudimos disfrutar del Mar Muerto. El hotel tiene salida directa. De todos los Hoteles Leobardo que nos hospedamos en Israel, este no nos gustó. Nos pareció un hotel de vacaciones para gente mayor. Puntualmente bulliciosos entre ellos pero muy hostiles con los turistas. Nosotros recorrimos mucho el país desde Tel Aviv, hicimos los 4 mares y siempre relacionados con gente del lugar muy agradables. En este hotel en la recepción solo una persona hablaba inglés ni hablar de los huéspedes que solo hablaban en hebreo. Por suerte una señora que había nacido en Israel pero luego se fue a vivir a USA se arrimé a nosotros a compartir un cafecito y el momento de playa. NADA recomendable 00

This must have been the worst hotel we have been to in Israel. The mere fact that we have cut short our seven prepaid nights to three, without even bothering to be compensated says it all. The shabby room with a miniature balcony, the dirty sofa which was never cleaned, the shower stall curtain with missing pins, and the tiny showerhead the size of a fist were enough to put anyone down. If you add to it the closet sliding door which was always stuck and the list of TV channels that weren't synchronized with the actual ones gives some idea about the room. Oh, sorry, forgot to mention the oversized "mini" fridge which took a large part of the adjacent writing desk, and the AC controls which couldn't regulate the room freezing temperatures when it was on. And if you think that the room was bad enough it paled compared to the dining room. The chaotic scenes there of hoards of people, children, baby strollers, waiters, and cleaning ladies, all at the same time, in addition to the level of noise, can't be described. The worst part, aside from the dull and tasteless food served regularly, in abundance, but without any appeal, is the hotel's staff routine of clearing the food left on the used plates by the guests into bins right in front of the diners, a disgusting method which hasn't seen in any other hotel. In short, every meal became a small nightmare. Apparently, the hotel promoted as an "all-inclusive" has a certain appeal to people who don't care for anything but a lot of food, no matter how it is prepared, presented, or served. The staff itself is mostly untrained, and quite rude at times, and on certain occasions that we have approached the shift managers, the response was ignorant or dismissive. So to sum up- poor rooms, lousy service, awful food in crowded, noisy, and disgusting dining rooms three times a day, and ignorant management. Definitely the worst hotel we were unlucky to stay in almost anywhere. Sorry, there is one thing that is good in this hotel, but nothing to do with the people that run it- its location, right on the waterfront. Consolation of poor people..

We left as soon as we could upon arrival; our rooms uninhabitable. Disappointed by the false misrepresentation in this hotel’s advertising. Customer service even worse and not dealing with any of this complaint appropriately.
1. Cockroaches in the room, coming out continuously from their source as nothing could stop it it was that bad. See photos of this.
2. Leaking, cracked, snapped and falling off the wall air conditioning. See photos. Leaked onto a bed made for my child, staff just changed the bedding and expected him to sleep on that.
3. Extremely dangerous electrics and high voltage exposure. Leaking light outside our room, high voltage unit exposed on balcony and another dodgy one behind tv. Fire alarm not screwed on properly and dangling, who knows if it even works.
4. Generally filthy and poor maintenance throughout.
5. Music way too loud in lobby and pool area, and staff could not care to turn it down one bit for anyone let alone my deaf son who hears through cochlear implants which can’t cope pleasantly with this kind of unnecessary noise.
6. Very loud at night for a few hours around 2-5am, while sewage collection takes place. Can’t sleep then.
7. Non smoking policy not enforced.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It looks nothing like the hotel’s advertising, and their customer service is as good as non-existent.

Paid over 1k per night for the deluxe suite, got a dirty dirty room, walls, drapes, chairs, floor. No rug, no coffee table, not enough place for our stuff. Can't call the reception as they don't pick up, lots of people in the hotel and the elevators are very very busy. Took the stairs, the stairs full of cigarettes and random garbage had to go up and down to find my way as there is no clear signage or pass.
Got to the reception, asked to change the room, they told me they are over booked and no more place, there were other 5 families waiting there to change the room, one of which claimed they had cigarettes in their room. The manager told them the same thing, later in the elevators I learned this family did get another room.
Horrible experience.
