Hello and thank you for sharing your review of our Sandals Royal Caribbean resort. At Sandals, we strive to offer all of our valued guests nothing short of an exceptional vacation experience which is why it is disheartening to read of any shortcomings you may have come up against. Regarding your concerns about the food and dining options, it is surprising to note that the food served was not to your expectations. This aspect of our operation is usually considered exceptional and very often receives compliments from our guests, we are therefore sorry if you were not similarly impressed. It is also disappointing to learn of any underwhelming interaction with our resort team. Each member of staff receives constant training in an effort to ensure our guests receive the high level of service they deserve. Nonetheless, we will have the team briefed in this regard. Although being conveniently located near the airport means our guests can start their fabulous vacation a lot sooner, we regret if you felt the aircraft's flight path posed an inconvenience as we never wish for our guest’s relaxation to interrupted in any way. We value your feedback, as we recognize that there is always room for improvement and will share them with our Management team to ameliorate in the necessary areas.
