It saddens us to read that your accommodation was not up to your expectations and that you weren’t aware of the bedding situation. We understand, that you didn’t expect to find a sofa bed in your villa, we do mention this in the description though.
As a self-catering holiday resort, we do not offer complementary hotel-service such as an exchange of sheets or towels. Our apologies if this was not enough brought to your attention .

Luckily, you still enjoyed our site and the delightful pool areas and we hope you spent a pleasant time with your loved ones soaking up the sun and relaxing.
