אני יום ראשון במלון, הגענו ב09:00 דרך השטיח המעופף.
קבלת פנים על הפנים.
אני יודע שצ'ק אין זה עד 14:00, אבל במלונות אחרים כל הזמן השתדלו למסור לנו בהקדם, פה כל פעם שאנחנו ניגשים אליהם אומרים לנו לשבת בצד וישלחו חבר שלהם אלינו שיטפל, ואף פעם לא ניגש אף חבר וכך הלאה.
בגלל ההמתנה הארוכה נאלצנו להזמין משקאות בברים, המחירים פה פשוט יקרים מתל אביב, כוס של אלכוהול 72 ש"ח.

פשוט הזוי שיש מלון כזה, מלון ללא שירות. בלאגן בחדר אוכל, בבריכה, בלובי, אין שירות פשוט מקום לא מתפקד, מאכזב מאוד! מגיעים לחדר אוכל אין הושבה ואז מתחיל תהליך של 20 דק למצוא שולחן, לחכות שמישהו יקום אווירה של מלחמה.
