Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. It's unacceptable that your room was not cleaned, and that the bin was overflowing, leading to an unpleasant experience.

Please know that this is not the standard we strive to maintain, and we are taking your feedback very seriously. We adressed this issue to our housekeeping team immediately to ensure that such lapses do not occur in the future.
Additionally, we checked the cleaning history of your room and it appears that during your stay there was only a request for water to be brought to the room, which was understood by the maid as a refusal to clean.
