Indeed, we had difficulties to provide the high level of service you are used to and our property is known for before the emergence of covid-19 since our hotel experienced a sudden high occupancy after the lockdown period during which we were operating with very low occupancy levels. We were almost fully occupied, and in this new situation, we admit that it was challenging for our teams.
We did our best to provide the support for every guest, and even increased the number of managers on duty to help out our guests with the issues you mention as well. Unfortunately, this was not enough to have all of our guests satisfied. Please accept our apologies for the discomfort or inconvenience created during your stay.
As mentioned, we appreciate your constructive feedback which will send to all Heads of Departments and the General Manager himself, in order to work on them and take the necessary actions to be able to improve on all mentioned areas.
