You were not convinced by our services related to the restaurant. We regret to learn that you did not enjoy the dishes prepared by our chefs. You should know that every day they do everything possible to offer you varied and quality meals. It is regrettable that these were not to your taste. Please note that the pastry chef here in the Seychelles is one of the best in his field, he regularly leaves to train the kitchen staff in other villages.
We also read your dissatisfaction about the sauna that was not working and the missing jacuzzi. It's true that due to the sanitary regulations required during several months related to Covid-19, the equipment remained unused for quite some time. As soon as we had the agreement for the reactivation, we found a technical problem that requires the delivery of some parts that are being shipped to the island but as you can imagine, the imports on an archipelago are not as simple and fast as in Europe or other continents.
This problem will be solved as soon as we receive the necessary. So there was no lies from your GO team. As for the jacuzzi, we do not have one, but the SPA has its own swimming pool, which allows you to relax before or after your treatment, in a magnificent, calm and green setting.
You also point out that the prices applied are high compared to other establishments in the Seychelles. Please note that these establishments follow a pricing policy that is controlled and validated by the competent authorities. It is true that for the last 2-3 years the Seychelles archipelago has been very popular and as a result prices have increased on certain things due to the high demand. This explains the difference in price that you could see between your trip in 2023 and the one done a few years ago. However, we are the only ones in the Seychelles to offer this All Inclusive formula which allows you, once in the resort, to practice a multitude of nautical and terrestrial activities, to consume unlimited food and drinks (even in your rooms thanks to the mini bar) without paying anything extra. Supplements that you would have to pay in a classic hotel establishment.
